Ecem is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mindshift. As an Adler-certified professional coach, she has over 13 years of experience in People & Culture Management across leading organizations in the banking and retail industries, both locally and globally.
Throughout her career, spanning both business functions and Information Technologies, she has developed deep expertise across multiple domains — from employer branding and talent acquisition to employee experience, talent management, organizational design, and performance & rewards systems.
As a visionary People & Culture professional who creates value at the intersection of people and technology, she designs solutions that help organizations reimagine their HR strategies, organizational structures, and workforce transformations — powered by Generative AI and a forward-looking view of the future of work.
A graduate of Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations, Ecem was selected for the “Future Women Leaders Program” by the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey (KAGİDER) in 2012. Over the years, she has contributed to the program as a mentor, trainer, and project designer, supporting young female talents in their career growth.
In the first year of founding Mindshift, she was accepted into KAGİDER Momentum: Women Entrepreneur Empowerment Program, where she had the opportunity to further expand her vision focused on the future of work and workforce transformation.
Ecem is also a member of ARYA Women, ICF Global, and ICF Turkey.

Büşra Bozdağ
Principal Consultant
Büşra is an experienced People & Culture professional at Mindshift with both in-house and consulting experience. Drawing on her background in local and global companies, she has 10+ years of expertise in talent acquisition, competency-based interviewing, employer branding strategies, and employee experience. At Mindshift, she supports organizations in building and transforming their talent strategies; with a focus on the future of work and technology-centric roles in talent acquisition, she advises companies on attracting and retaining the right talent. Her goal is not only to find the right candidates, but also to secure high-caliber talent that fits the organizational culture. Strengthening the employer brand, improving the employee experience, and turning organizations into employers of choice are among Büşra’s primary focus areas. Through data-driven hiring approaches, strong candidate-experience practices, and effective communication strategies, she contributes to companies’ sustainable growth objectives.
A graduate of Bahçeşehir University (Business Administration), Büşra also completed Marmara University’s Human Resources Management Certificate Program. She currently lives in Germany.
